Product Configuration
■ The light source adopts a high-power picosecond laser, and core components such as the core seed source use first-line brand products, ensuring stable performance.
■ Self-developed glass cutting heads and customized coated lenses provide fine light spots and long focal depth. The minimum focused spot is <2μm, and the focal depth can reach 15mm.
■ The motor platform and optical platform base are made of natural marble, subject to secondary fine grinding processing, with an accuracy grade reaching Class 00. The XY-axis motors use high-end linear motors, equipped with 0.1μm resolution digital grating rulers, high-quality lead screws, and guide rails.
■ The device is equipped with a positioning CCD and telecentric vision lens, which can accurately identify Mark points such as circles and crosses.
