Machine Type Characteristics

■The picosecond laser with stable output creates uniformly distributed cutting points on the glass surface, ensuring each point has consistent cutting size and depth.

■Laser cutting with multi-focus optical path. The picosecond laser emits a beam that enters a laser beam expander, which enlarges the beam diameter and other processing to form a collimated laser beam. The beam is then reflected by a laser mirror into a laser focusing lens, creating self-focusing single or multiple focal points inside the material, acting on the interior of brittle materials. Independently developed stable cutting optical paths and innovatively designed focusing lens structures suitable for multi-focus cutting.

■High-precision three-axis motion system. The motion system is mainly composed of X, Y, and Z motion platforms. The laser focusing lens is set on the Z-axis platform, which can adjust the Z-axis position as needed to drive the focusing lens for focal position changes. Both X and Y motion platforms adopt linear motor technology, equipped with grating ruler feedback mechanisms, achieving high-speed and high-precision processing under a full closed-loop system.
